The Information Technology Act of 2000's Section 43A and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices & Procedures & Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules of 2011 require Aman Fincap Limited (henceforth referred to as the "Privacy Policy") to establish a policy for the collection, receipt, possession, handling, storage, and disclosure of information.

Any individual acting on behalf of "SFPL" or the "AFL" who gathers, receives, possesses, stores, deals, or handles information from information providers should follow the privacy policy for handling or dealing in personal information, including sensitive personal data or information, and make sure that those providers of information can view the information provided by them under a valid contract.
